BANKRUPTCY PREPARATION & FILING

INFORMATION ON FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY IN PRO PER OR PRO SE:

Bankruptcy Document Preparation is a service to provide you with all of the proper documentation necessary to file a bankruptcy at your convenience without attorney representation. Filing without representation is commonly referred to as filing for bankruptcy in Pro Se or Pro Per, meaning that you will be representing yourself in a bankruptcy filing. Although a fully represented filing is always the recommended path if you have the funds to do so. However, if your financial resources are extremely limited, you may need to choose a less expensive option where you can get the filing fee of $335 completely waived with a Bankruptcy Fee Waiver Application.

INFORMATION ON BANKRUPTCY FEE WAIVER:

A Bankruptcy Fee Waiver Application is available to those who file for bankruptcy without representation by an attorney (in Pro Per or Pro Se). If a bankruptcy petition is submitted with attorney representation, the filer will not be eligible for a bankruptcy fee waiver.
